The FlexoLink 100m 4mm² Ripcord Cable Roll is built for installers, system builders and overlanders who need maximum reach with a proven conductor size. At 4mm², this cable is the same cross-section used in all Flexopower FlexoLink extension cables — field-tested across thousands of setups in South Africa. The ripcord design allows the red and black conductors to be separated cleanly for custom termination.

Compatible with all Flexopower FlexoSun solar panels and FlexoTrack charge controllers — and equally at home with any solar panel or charge controller using Anderson SB50 connectors. The same 4mm² conductor used in our 10m, 15m, 20m and 25m FlexoLink cables, now available as a 100m roll for custom builds.

FAQ
What is a ripcord cable?
A ripcord cable has two conductors bonded together that can be separated (ripped apart) cleanly along their length. This makes it easy to terminate each conductor individually with your choice of connector — Anderson SB50, MC4, lugs or any other termination.
When should I use 4mm² vs 6mm²?
4mm² is suitable for cable runs up to approximately 15m at standard solar panel voltages (nominal 12V systems). For longer runs or higher current systems, the 6mm² roll (also available in our store) is the better choice to minimise voltage drop.
Is this compatible with Flexopower solar panels?
Yes — compatible with all Flexopower FlexoSun and Namib/Karoo/Kalahari solar panels via Anderson SB50 grey connectors. You will need to terminate the cable ends with Anderson SB50 connectors (sold separately).
What connector does this cable use?
The cable is supplied as a raw roll — no connectors are pre-fitted. Terminate with Anderson SB50 grey connectors or any connector of your choice.
